Three people, a locked cabinet, and the packs you send
Logic Service Base is a file-review practice in Ipoh. We read insurance application papers. We are not a broker, not an insurer, and not a software vendor.
The office is at 35 Regat Dato Mahmud, Ipoh, Perak 31650. Original packs stay in a locked cabinet for the period named in the engagement letter. Scans live on a machine that is not used for browsing. We do not load client files into a shared product.
Work comes from compliance teams, new-business managers, and the occasional claims desk that needs the application reconstructed after a complaint. Most of it is Malaysian life, medical, motor, and fire. Takaful packs are read against the operator’s own nomination papers, not against a life-insurance lookalike.
If you need a nationwide panel or a same-week turnaround on a thousand files, we will say no. If you need fifty files read carefully and a memo you can circulate, write to us.
