File reviews we take

Every item below is a reading of insurance application papers. Fees are quoted after we know the file count, the product lines, and whether the packs are paper, scan, or mixed. Nothing on this page is a checkout.

    Primary engagement

    New-business application file audit

A line-by-line reading of life, medical, motor, and fire application packs before bind, or in the first weeks after issue, to see whether the form, the proposal, and the attachments describe the same person and the same risk.

Quoted after file count and format. A 40-file mixed sample is typically RM 4,800–8,200.

    Medical and lifestyle answers

    Disclosure and questionnaire review

A focused reading of medical questionnaires, occupation answers, previous-insurance questions, and lifestyle fields against the rest of the pack, looking for silence, contradiction, and fields that were left blank yet treated as clean.

Often bundled with a new-business sample. Standalone from RM 3,200 for up to 25 files.

  • Organised paper files and folders on an office shelf

    Identity, evidence, beneficiaries

    Supporting-document completeness check

A checklist pass over identity copies, medical reports, financial evidence, beneficiary papers, and product-specific attachments against the insurer’s own list and what the application itself claims is enclosed.

From RM 2,400 for a 30-file completeness pass without narrative findings.

    Producer quality

    Broker and agent pack sampling

A sample of application packs from a named broker, agent, or branch, scored against completeness and recurring defects, with a memo written for the agency manager rather than a league table.

Quoted per producer panel. A three-producer comparison of 15 files each is typically RM 6,500–9,800.

    After the fact

    Complaint and dispute file reconstruction

When a policyholder says a question was never asked, or a claim file points back at the application, we rebuild what the pack contained, what is missing, and what the dates on each page actually show.

From RM 2,800 per disputed file, quoted after we see the volume of later correspondence.
