Complaint and dispute file reconstruction
When a policyholder says a question was never asked, or a claim file points back at the application, we rebuild what the pack contained, what is missing, and what the dates on each page actually show.
The paper trail, not the argument
We are not appointed to take the insured’s side or the company’s. The reconstruction lists every application page present, every attachment, and every later letter that refers back to the original answers. Gaps are stated as gaps. We will not fill them with memory.
Use in internal review
Compliance and claims teams use the note to decide whether to seek a statement, a further medical, or a legal view. We can attend an internal meeting to walk through the pack. We do not appear as advocates in court or at the Ombudsman for Financial Services unless a separate instruction is agreed in writing.
Fee and timing
From RM 2,800 per disputed file, quoted after we see the volume of later correspondence.
Usually five working days per file once the application pack and later letters are complete.
To start, send the product lines, an approximate file count, and whether packs will arrive as paper or PDF. We reply with a written scope before any files leave your office.
