Who we are
Logic Service Base operates from 35 Regat Dato Mahmud, Ipoh, Perak 31650, Malaysia. Telephone +60 5-2540699. Email files@logicservicebase.digital. We review insurance application files. We do not sell insurance, bind cover, collect premiums, or act as an insurance broker or financial adviser.
This website
The site describes services and typical fee ranges so you can decide whether to enquire. Ranges are informational. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a facility to pay online. Sending the contact form is an enquiry, not a contract.
Engagements
File-review work starts only when both sides have signed an engagement letter. That letter names the population of files, the sample (if any), the checklist, the fee, the deposit, the working-paper retention period, and who may receive the memo. If these website terms and the letter differ, the letter governs the engagement.
Your files
You warrant that you are entitled to send us the application packs, including personal data of applicants and intermediaries. You remain responsible for your own regulatory duties, including those under Bank Negara Malaysia’s rules and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Our memo is an independent reading of the papers you supply. It is not legal advice, not an underwriting decision, and not a certification that unread files are in order.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that interferes with other readers. Content is for information. You may not copy it as if it were your own file-review product.
Liability
For website use, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general pages without an engagement. For contracted work, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter, and in any event to the fee paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, with Ipoh as the preferred venue for disputes about website use.
