Where files usually go quiet
Height and weight filled, doctor’s name blank. A ‘no’ on chest pain next to a hospital bill in the same envelope. Occupation described as ‘executive’ while the broker note mentions site visits. We list those gaps with the page and the question number so underwriting or compliance can decide what to do.
What we do not decide
We do not pronounce on insurability, loading, or exclusion wording. Those remain your underwriter’s call. Our note says what the papers show, what they omit, and where two documents disagree.
