Producer quality
Broker and agent pack sampling
A sample of application packs from a named broker, agent, or branch, scored against completeness and recurring defects, with a memo written for the agency manager rather than a league table.
Why sampling beats a full sweep
A branch that writes hundreds of motor and medical cards a month cannot be read end to end on a reasonable fee. A structured sample still shows whether unsigned declarations, photocopied signatures, or missing previous-insurer answers are a habit or a one-off.
How findings are phrased
We name the defect, the count, and the file numbers. We do not rank producers in public language. The memo is for internal use. If you need a version that can go to the intermediary, say so in the engagement letter so the tone is set before we write.
Fee and timing
Quoted per producer panel. A three-producer comparison of 15 files each is typically RM 6,500–9,800.
Seven to twelve working days including the comparison table.
To start, send the product lines, an approximate file count, and whether packs will arrive as paper or PDF. We reply with a written scope before any files leave your office.
